TBN Nejat TV: A Key Nation for the End Times
Dear Beloved,
An Iranian man from Urumieh (northwest of Iran) was addicted to many different drugs for seven years. For 13 years he had suffered from socio-phobia (fear of being with people). As a result, he wanted to commit suicide. (His brother had the same problem and committed suicide.) For 9 months this man used pills to calm down. Through TBN Nejat TV he gave his heart to Jesus and the Lord delivered him from his fear. To God be the glory. God's Word is truly prevailing in Iran. Please read the enclosed testimonies of how God's Word is having great success in Iran.
While the Lord is moving mightily in Iran, there are also some discouraging developments. Many of the newly elected cabinet members of President Ahmadinejad are his former colleagues from the Sepah-e-Pasdaran (Revolutionary Guard). This means that Iran is becoming a more and more military state. Many members of the government of former President Khatemei have been put on trial because of their support of Musavi during the presidential election. The harder this regime in Iran becomes, the more Muslims will convert to Christ. This is great news for the Gospel but bad news for Israel, the Arab nations, and the U.S.A.
I believe that Iran will become an even greater stumbling block, both for Israel and the West. We need to be sober, vigilant and not allow satan to exceed beyond what he is allowed. It is so important for all of us to pray and be involved with what the Lord is doing in Iran.
As the number of Iranian believers around the world is increasing, so is our workload for follow-up. We are conducting more conferences around the world than ever before. This year alone we have had conferences in Sweden, Germany, Canada, and the United States with two more planned, one in the southern part of Sweden and another in Cyprus. We are hearing the Macedonian cry from almost all four corners of the earth.
Unfortunately, our level of support has not kept up with the growth of our ministry. As a result we had to tap into our rainy day savings account, which is now completely depleted. I have examined all areas and there is nothing we can cut. We just need more monthly support. We greatly appreciate those of you who are committed to us. I want to ask all of you who are not, to prayerfully consider supporting the ministry of Nejat TV on a monthly basis for at least one year. This is what Paul called a sweet aroma, well pleasing unto the Lord. Help us keep up with this amazing harvest of souls in Iran.
